CARBONDALE -- A man faces charges after he plowed his car into a house in Lackawanna County, according to police.
It happened just after 2 a.m. Tuesday on Belmont Street in Carbondale.
Police say the driver was speeding when his car hit a parked sport/utility vehicle in a driveway before hitting a porch.
Officers believe the man was driving under the influence and arrested him.
Authorities say a passenger in the car ran away from the scene.
