A Christmas Concert with Trans-Siberian holiday music is at the Tunkhannock Area High School Auditorium on Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. It’s followed by “Christmas in Our Hometown” in Tunkhannock on Dec. 7 & 8 with Santa & Mrs. Claus, model train displays, trolley rides & horse-drawn wagon rides. It also features carolers, ice carvings & fun activities at the Dietrich.
6th Annual Holiday Cookie Walk
The Holiday Cookie Walk is sponsored by the Clark Summit Fire Company and it’s held at the fire hall on Bedford Street Saturday, Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. – noon. You walk around tables & pick traditional holiday cookies & family favorites. Containers & plastic gloves are provided for your selection. There’s over 80 varieties of sweets to choose, and it’s priced by the pound.
