A former businessman from Lackawanna County who was on the run is now in custody.
US Marshals picked up Scott Binsack in New York Tuesday night.
Authorities were trying to find Binsack for a parole violation.
The former home builder from Clarks Summit served three years in prison after pleading no contest to passing bad checks.
He was paroled in July of 2010, but missed a hearing earlier this fall.
