Crews were working on several sections of Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County, according to PennDOT. Lanes were shut down for several hours. All these areas are now open:
- I-81 northbound between the Moosic Street exit (180) and the Davis Street/Montage Mountain Road exit (182).
- From the Central Scranton Expressway (185) and the I-84/I-380 junction (187) northbound.
- Interstate 81 southbound at the Main Avenue exit (190).
