MOOSIC -- Drivers face slow-moving traffic on part of Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County.
Emergency bridge repairs and ramp work have one lane of both the northbound and southbound sides of the highway closed between the Moosic exit (180) and the Davis Street/Montage Mountain Road exit (182).
PennDOT officials expect the southbound lane will reopen around noon.
The northbound lane is set to open by 2 p.m.
