TOBYHANNA — A Monroe County man was sentenced Tuesday on drug charges.
According to court documents, Jamal McKay, 36, of Tobyhanna was given a five-year prison sentence. The United States Attorney’s office said McKay admitted to selling cocaine in the Monroe County area from June, 2008 to September of 2011.
McKay pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges in June of 2012.
Upon his release, he will serve four years of supervised release.
