TAYLOR — Police in part of Lackawanna County arrested a man who they said broke into his ex-girlfriend’s house and allegedly attacked her.
Officers in Taylor arrested Carlos Caban.
According to police, the victim woke up to find Caban on top of her and choking her, demanding money.
The victim was able to call 911, and police surrounded the apartment building.
Officers said the woman pushed Caban, and police then arrested him.
Caban is locked up in Lackawanna County.
