STERLING TOWNSHIP -- Part of Interstate 84 eastbound near the Wayne/Lackawanna County line remains closed after an early morning tractor-trailer crash.
Troopers tell us two rigs collided between the Mount Cobb and Newfoundland exits just before 6 a.m. Tuesday.
One of the trucks was hauling granite. The other had relief items to storm victims in New York.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital.
PennDOT officials think the road will reopen sometime Tuesday afternoon.
