Creamy Pumpkin Fettucine Alfredo

Half stick of butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 shallot
1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
Fresh grated nutmeg
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated pecorino romano cheese 
1/2 cup cooked chopped spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil water and add fettucine. Cook pasta and then mix together in sauce pan.

garnish with- grated nutmeg and pecorino romano cheese
