Gunfire In Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE — Police in Luzerne County are investigating an apparent shoot-out.

It happened at the intersection of Poplar and Arch Streets after midnight Thursday morning.

Police found several bullet shells.

Authorities think there were two victims of the shooting.

No arrests have been made.
