Burger King Employee Robbed at Knife-point

OLD FORGE — A worker at a fast food restaurant in Lackawanna County was robbed at knife-point.

Police said it happened around 2:30 a.m. Monday at Burger King along Main Street in Old Forge.

According to officers, the robber jumped out of a bush and showed a knife as the worker was locking up.

The employee let the robber in, and he got about $1,600 from the registers and safe.
