CLINTON TOWNSHIP -- State police are investigating a deadly crash in Wayne County.
It happened along the Belmont Turnpike near Waymart.
A neighbor noticed a car in a pond along the turnpike around 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
Troopers said a woman's body was found in the car.
She is Jessica Daniels, 31, of Honesdale.
Investigators believe the crash happened sometime between 1 and 7 a.m. on Sunday.
Troopers said Daniels failed to stop at a stop sign, went up an embankment and into the pond.
