WRIGHT TOWNSHIP -- A man from Luzerne County surrendered to police Wednesday on child sex charges.
David Zarn, 46, from Mountain Top is accused of sexually abusing two girls over several years.
Zarn has been suspended without pay from his job as the video surveillance manager at Mohegan Sun Casino at Pocono Downs in Luzerne County.
He is free on bail.
