WILLIAMSPORT — A man has been arrested for dozens of vehicle break-ins in Williamsport.
Police said Steven Joy, 18, of Williamsport, along with two others went neighborhood to neighborhood stealing everything from money to electronics from parked vehicles at night.
Nearly 40 vehicles were hit between June and August.
A second suspect, Shawn Dunn, 18, was arrested earlier this month.
