SCRANTON — Newswatch 16′s Amanda Kelley made a special stop Monday morning at a nursery school in Lackawanna County.
Amanda read the book “When I Grow Up” to about two dozen children at the Day Nursery Association along Jefferson Avenue.
It’s all part of the United Way’s “Success By Six” program.
The national program is meant to help prepare children for school.
