SCRANTON -- An armed robber is on the loose after a hold-up at a restaurant in Lackawanna County.
It happened around 10 p.m. Sunday at Cosmo's Cheesesteaks on Moosic Street in Scranton.
Witnesses tell police a man in a ski mask with sunglasses and a blue bandana came through the back door and showed the cashier a gun, then demanded money.
Authorities haven't said how much he got away with.
