3rd Annual Turkey Trot
The Commonwealth Medical College sponsors the Turkey Trot, a family friendly 5K Walk /Run to benefit the Friends of the Poor. There’s a Tiny Trot for children with a brief run, ribbon, face painting & games. Turkey Trot is Saturday, Nov. 3 at the Medical Sciences Building on Pine Street in Scranton with registration starting at 7:30 a.m.
37th Annual Christmas Bazaar
It’s held in Dimock, Susquehanna County with over 130 vendors along with a display of beautiful handmade quilts & lunch served by a “Touch of Class”. Christmas Bazaar is at Elk Lake High School on Saturday, Nov. 3 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Springville Area Women’s Club sponsors the event to benefit local charities.
