DANVILLE -- A new business is set to open in Danville and you will be able to work out at the fitness center any time you want. Anytime Fitness will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The gym's manager said it is the first of its kind in Danville.

"It's a health club, you can do anything from aerobic exercise to strength training. We offer a wide variety of exercise equipment," said manager Ryan Olaf.

Anytime Fitness is a franchise that is set open on Market Street in Danville later this year. Manager Ryan Olaf said the fitness center will stay open around the clock, making it the first of its kind in Danville.

"There's no 24 hour-a-day fitness facility. So this gives people that chance that if they are a single mom who doesn't have the opportunity to come from 7-7 they can come at 10 p.m. or 3 a.m.," Olaf said.

Anytime Fitness will offer an interactive aerobic room in here where you can take any class you want 24 hours a day.

"You flip a switch, a screen drops down and you go to a monitor. Maybe you want to try a step class, maybe try zumba. You flip it and a 30 minute class, you're on your way," said Olaf.

Ginger Henrie just signed up for a membership at Anytime Fitness. She works right across the street from the new gym.

"Because of the convenience, being close to work and I want to work out," said Henrie.

Anytime Fitness is scheduled to open on December 1. The facility is looking to hire personal trainers, and Olaf said the gym will create around seven new jobs in Danville.
