Man Faces Sex Assault Charges

MONTROSE — Police in Susquehanna County charged an 18-year-old man Tuesday with having sexual contact with a child.

Investigators said Bryan Degraw of Montrose engaged in sexual activities with a 13-year-old between August and September.

He was released on bail after his arraignment.
