Arrest Made In Year-Old Arson Case

COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP -- More than a year after flames damaged a restaurant in Monroe County, the owner of the bar faces federal arson charges.

Authorities announced that Theodoros Kyriakopoulos from the Philadelphia was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with last year's fire at Dana's Restaurant in Coolbaugh Township.

The fire started in the early morning hours of October 11, 2011.

A state police fire marshal ruled it a case of arson last year.

According to police, the owner was on vacation at the time of the fire.
