Water Main Break in Lackawanna County

SCRANTON- A water main break in Scranton happened early Saturday morning along Franklin Avenue near the intersection with Linden Street.

Water was gushing from the ground in the area around 2:00 a.m. About a dozen homes were effected around Franklin Avenue. 

The water main break fixed around 3:30 p.m.

This is the second Saturday morning in a row that there has been a water main break in Scranton.
