Part 1 – Peddler’s Village – Gourmet Burgers

When visiting Peddler’s Village in Lahaska, Pa., a stop at the Buttonwood Grill is a must.  We visited Jim Perillo, Director of Restaurants.  He prepared 2 burgers from the sensational Butcher’s Burger section of Buttonwood Grill’s extensive menu.  

We also sit down with David Zuckerman, Buttonwood Grill’s GM, to pair the burgers with two beers from their extensive craft beer menu.
