Armed Robbery at Check Cashing Business

OLD LYCOMING TOWNSHIP — Police are investigating an armed robbery at a smoke shop in Lycoming County.

Police said the robber showed a gun to the clerk Wednesday morning at the cigarette outlet on Lycoming Creek Road near Williamsport.

The guy got away with some cash. The store was closed while police investigated.
