Some of the best bakers in the business in our area will soon cook up some confectionery delights in Monroe County. It all ties into the “Pocono Cupcake Challenge” to benefit the United Way of Monroe County. It runs this Sunday from 1 - 4 p.m. at Shawnee Inn & Resort. Former winners from Food Network's "Cupcake Wars" will be judging the competition. The family friendly event costs $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children 12 and under.
