JERSEY SHORE — A Lycoming County man pleaded guilty Thursday to animal cruelty charges.
According to court documents, Kevin Neff of Cogan Station was accused of shooting his neighbors German Shepard then tying a cinder block to its neck and tossing it over the Antes Fort bridge.
The shooting happened in November, 2011.
Neff was sentenced to 90 days house arrested and ordered to pay $600 dollars in restitution.
