Dentist Charged With Fraud

HAMLIN — A dentist in Wayne County is facing fraud charges.

Police arrested James Fruehan, 52, of Clarks Summit Tuesday for submitting false claims.

Investigators said Fruehan billed Medicaid more than $75,000 in patient procedures that were either not done or were done by non-licensed dental assistants.

Fruehan owns and operates Fruehan Family Dentistry in Hamlin.
