Thirty Years at the Bloomsburg Fair

BLOOMSBURG — If there’s one man who has seen it all at the Bloomsburg Fair. It’s the chief, Tom Clark.

This year, Tom celebrated 30 years as meteorologist at WNEP which means 30 years of braving the elements and the crowds in Bloomsburg.
