WILKES-BARRE — We now know what charges a 14-year-old boy faces in connection with a shooting that left his half brother in critical condition in Wilkes-Barre in early September.

Tony Ransome, 14, was back in court on Thursday, and this time the charges were read.

We learned that he`s been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of reckless endangerment.

On September 10, Ransome`s 20-year-old half brother, Christian Sholly, was shot one time in the chest on Hutson Street. Ransome was taken into police custody shortly after the shooting, and Sholly was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

The details of the charges were not read out loud in court, so we still don`t know the events that led up to the shooting.

Ransome is being held at a juvenile detention center in Northampton County. His next scheduled hearing is set for early October. We`re also told Sholly is still recovering from his injury.
