JACKSON TOWNSHIP -- A man from Monroe County faces sex charges following an undercover operation in Monroe County.
Frank Bianco, 37, from Jackson Township, near Reeders, was arrested Tuesday.
According to investigators, Bianco was posing as an 18-year-old woman on a social networking site when he sent inappropriate messages to an officer he thought was a 15-year-old girl.
When Bianco arranged to meet the girl, he was taken into custody by an undercover detective.
