Back to 2010: Runaway Dump Truck
A four week-long trial in Luzerne County Court ended Friday. The result was $9.1 million awarded to a woman from Lackawanna County.
The woman was hurt when a runaway dump truck slammed into her car in Dickson City back in May of 2010.
According to her attorney it’s one of the largest civil awards ever in Luzerne County.
