Lawyer Sentenced for Allegedly Overbilling

POTTSVILLE — A lawyer in Schuylkill County was sentenced Wednesday morning for allegedly over billing.

Lynne Bressi of Pottsville received one year probation and was ordered to pay more than $7,000 in restitution and fines.

She pleaded no contest to stealing $6,000 by filing false claims for work she did not do in child custody cases.
