Rig Wedged Under Lackwanna County Bridge

TAYLOR — A trucker is expected to recover after a wreck in Lackawanna County.

Police said the trucker got his rig wedged under a bridge on Oak Street in Taylor around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday after he missed a turn.

The trailer was empty.

The driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out, but is expected to be okay.

Two cats in the cab were not hurt.
