NEWFOUNDLAND -- State police are investigating a deadly shooting in Wayne County.
Troopers were called to a home on Haags Lane in Newfoundland around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. That's where they found Donna Schroeder, 51, with a gunshot wound.
She was taken to CMC in Scranton, where she later died.
Her husband, Bertrand Schroeder, is locked up and charged with homicide.
State police have not said what led to the deadly shooting.
