Worker Dead After Forklift Accident

HANOVER TOWNSHIP — A forklift operator died Sunday night while working his shift in Luzerne County.

Hanover Township police said the accident happened around 11:00 p.m. at Core Mark in the Hanover Industrial Park.

According to the coroner, Charles Kratz, 33, of Plymouth, died as a result of head injuries.

An investigation is underway to determine if something went wrong with the forklift he was operating.
