TRUCKSVILLE -- Friends and family are turning to Facebook to mourn the loss of two people who died over the weekend in a hit and run crash in Luzerne County. Two men are in custody as the investigation continues.

This is Daniel Antonini of Wilkes-Barre at his arraignment in Trucksville.  He's charged with tampering with evidence in a deadly hit and run crash. That evidence is a car belonging to this man, Walter Raven of Jenkins Township. He was arraigned on unrelated drug charges.

Police say the hit and run happened along route 315 near Pittston.  Robin Walsh and Donnie Pizano, both of Plains Township, were on a motorcycle that collided with a car. Walsh and Pizano died. Police say the car took off.

It was just hours later when police say they found Raven and Antonini power-washing a car that matched witness descriptions and surveillance images of the vehicle involved in the crash.

According to court papers, Antonini told police the car was Raven's and that he asked Antonini to help him powerwash it after the crash. Court papers reveal Antonini saw blood and broken glass all over the car before he started washing it.

Newswatch 16 spoke with a few people who work at the County courthouse and they confirm that Robin Walsh worked in the Clerk of Courts Office. They didn't want to speak on camera but said they were shocked and sad to hear that something like this happened to such a nice woman.

Friends of Robin Walsh and Donnie Pizano are remembering them on Facebook.  Several people posted on Donnie Pizano's Facebook page.

One wrote, 'So sorry for your loss! I am a long time best friend of Robin! We lost a wonderful person! So horrible! I know they are angels on heaven'!

State police have impounded the car suspected of being involved in the crash and will search it for evidence. Walter Raven and Daniel Antonini remain locked up.
