SCRANTON — Drivers in downtown Scranton face some delays Thursday because of paving work.
PennDOT said backups are expected on the 500 and 600 blocks of Mulberry Street and the 300 and 400 blocks of Adams Avenue.
Crews will be working to pave sections of the roadways and crews will be directing traffic around those areas.
The work is expected to be completed Thursday.
