WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP — A man was killed after a multi-vehicle crash Thursday in Lycoming County.
State police said Kenneth Bolinger, 76, of New Cumberland was driving his motorcycle on Route 33 when he crossed into the opposite lane while attempting a right turn.
Investigators said he tried to steer back into the correct lane when he was hit by a car. Another motorcycle hit Bolinger’s bike as that driver was trying to avoid the crash.
Bolinger was killed. The second motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
