UPDATE 8/26 — HAZLETON — State police have located Justin Vaughn.
Troopers said Vaughn turned himself in around 11 p.m. Saturday night.
HAZLETON — State police are looking for a man who escaped from Minsec in Hazleton.
Troopers said Justin Vaughn seen here signed out on Thursday to go to community service and never returned.
Minsec serves as a halfway house and treatment center for people with drug or alcohol problems.
