HAZLETON — A man is locked up for allegedly sending a threatening e-mail to the Luzerne County district attorney.
Police said Sean Donahue of Hazleton emailed the D.A. last week, and said he would get into a gunfight with police if she did not agree to his demands.
He also sent other messages that said government employees and police would die.
Donahue is locked up in Luzerne County and charged with harassment and terroristic threats.
