WNEP-TV is proud to support the third annual “Ryan’s Run” campaign.
The fundraiser helps kids and adults with disabilities in Northeastern & Central Pennsylvania. To date, the campaign has raised nearly $400,000. 00.
“Ryan’s Run” involves Newswatch 16’s Ryan Leckey and 19 other area athletes running in the I-N-G New York City Marathon this Fall.
But before they take a trek in one of the world’s biggest races, they’re raising as much money as possible through various ways/events to help people here at home.

“Ryan’s Run 3” kicks off August 30 at Mohegan Sun At Pocono Downs with a free concert. The night features a performance by Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band, Parrot Beach and other surprises. For more info., click the poster.
