EAST STROUDSBURG — An alleged serial purse snatcher was nabbed in Monroe County.
The Stroud Area Regional police department arrested Joseph Dabrowski of East Stroudsburg.
Dabrowski is charged with three purse snatchings, which occurred Monday in the parking lots of the Shoprite in Stroudsburg and the Walmart in East Stroudsburg.
Police said information provided by the victims and video surveillance led police to their man.
