Motorcycle Rally For Hallie

TUNKHANNOCK — A group of bikers are doing what they can to help a young girl battling cancer in Wyoming County.

The 3rd Annual Bette Gardner Memorial Ride was held Sunday.

The ride started and ended at Lazybrook Park near Tunkhannock.

Riders took their motorcycles 45 miles through the Endless Mountains to raise money for 3-year-old Hallie Brooks.

“She’s dealing with the cancer for the last ten months,” said Hallie’s uncle Jason Groover. “She’s been through the chemo, she’s been through the radiation now.”

Money raised at the event in Wyoming County will go towards the girls medical bills.
