JIM THORPE -- A man is locked up in Carbon County charged with making terroristic threats.
According to state police, Donald Brozoski of Blakeslee parked his vehicle across both lanes of Route 903 Sunday morning in Jim Thorpe and refused to move it.
Troopers said Brozoski threw several objects from his truck and threatened police.
Brozoski is accused of obstructing highways, threatening to use weapons of mass destruction and other counts.
