OLD FORGE — A woman in Lackawanna County faces charges she swindled her family’s business out of thousands.
DeLane Rhodes from Taylor surrendered Wednesday.
Court papers show she admitted stealing $115,000 from Fetchen Sheet Metal in Old Forge between 2008 and last year.
According to investigators, Rhodes paid herself more than $40,000 in overtime she never worked at the business.
She also admitted to forging signatures on checks to pay for gambling.
