Jacob Fagnano from Williamsport Area High School could be Penn State's starting strong safety in the home opener Saturday September 1st vs Ohio University. Fagnano is a 6-0 206 lbs senior for head coach Bill O'Brien.
Ryan Keiser the former Selinsgrove Seal is also working out with the defense. The 6-1 200 lbs junior is currently playing safety.
And J.R. Refice from Valley View high school is a 6-0 246 lbs fullback for Penn State.
