SCRANTON — There was another traffic mess for drivers traveling Interstate 81 Thursday morning in Lackawanna County.
One lane of I-81 southbound near the Dickson City/Main Avenue Exit (190) was down to one lane for emergency bridge repairs.
Traffic was backed up for miles while crews worked on the bridge over the Lackawanna River.
PennDOT hopes to reopen the lane by 1 p.m.
