WILLIAMSPORT -- A man and his wife in Lycoming County were sentenced Tuesday on forgery charges.
Christopher and Misty Bain were handed a two-year probation period and must attend an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program (ARD). They must also perform 100 community service hours and cannot vote in an election for the next four years.
The Bains were charged in July for forging names on nominating petitions for Christopher's campaign for state house.
