Two Facing Child Endangerment Charges

CARBONDALE — A couple from Lackawanna County are accused of keeping their children in what police call “deplorable conditions.”

Amanda Davis, 29, and Mark Wagner, 30, from Carbondale were arrested Saturday. 

Officers said they found two children, ages nine and two, in the home on Archbald Street.

According to police, the home is infested with insects, mold, and rotting food.

The children are staying with relatives and the home in Carbondale is condemned.

Davis and Wagner were locked up in the Lackawanna County Prison.
