STROUDSBURG — An employee at the United Parcel Service facility in Stroudsburg is accused of committing fraud.
Investigators said for six months, Todd Schreck, 35, of Pen Argyl unlawfully opened, removed and took prescription painkillers and other drugs from boxes processed at the UPS center.
Then, after taking the drugs, authorities allege that Schreck re-taped the boxes and placed them back on shelves to hide the theft.
