TAYLOR -- Detectives in Lackawanna County arrested a man on theft charges after a Newswatch 16 viewer called them with a tip.
According to arrest papers, Charles Scalamonti from Jessup stole a bicycle and a stereo from Walmart in Taylor in June.
Scalamonti was caught on store surveillance video that aired on Newswatch 16.
He is already on federal probation for a bank robbery in Susquehanna County in 2005.
